My name is Katerina Tsibouraki and I am a self-taught pyrographic artist living in Athens, Greece.

I was born on 7th June 1969 in Thessaloniki in Greece. I am a teacher of German Literature and an owner of the AKTO Internal and External Decoration Degree. I have been burning on wood since 1998.  I have participated in many exhibitions, both personal and in groups, where I have distinguished for my unique and unusual work. My work has been also shown at art shows and I have won many awards.

I have an unconditional love for nature. I specialize in ships, sea, ports, buildings, flowers. However, my art is not limited to these fields alone. All pieces are unique and signed and dated by me. I do both monochrome and coloured works.
